Can I pay by cheque or postal orders?
Yes.You will be given the option to pay by cheque as you go through checkout. Cheques take about 10 working days to clear. The safest way to pay is online. I do not receive any of your payment details; only how you paid and what you have ordered. I will accept Paypal and also uncrossed Postal orders.Can I return a product?
Of course! Please email me first explaining why you would like to return your item, then please use original packaging (where possible).
On receipt of item, I will give full refund. P.P cannot be refunded on returned items, unless faulty.
PLEASE NOTE personalised items cannot be returned unless a mistake has been made by me, so please make sure all spelling is correct. If you are buying a personalised Item of mine then please when completing payment tell me the name (s) or wording that you require.
Can I change the wording of item?
Yes I can personalise all my items however you choose, just add your requirements on the order page. Delivery times
All of my Plaques are handcrafted from scratch when ordered, I always aim to get my plaques delivered as soon as possible.
Each plaque requires at least 2 coats of paint plus a top coat so requires sufficient drying time. I do, however, have a small amount pre-painted for emergencies!
Please email me for information if you need the plaques in a hurry before purchasing. Please allow approx 5 - 10 working days.
All of my items are very carefully packed in pretty tissue paper or Padded bags depending on your item.
General Info My Plaques and keepsakes are all cut by hand so sizes are approx I always try and use the Embellishments as shown in the pictures, however sometimes they will vary according to stock availability.
All my Plaques are intended for INDOOR use only.
All items will be top coated in Glitter Varnish unless stated otherwise.. |
